How long will my order take?
If you have ordered a new Garage Door or Windows then this usually can take 3-5 weeks to manufacture.
You will be contacted close to delivery to confirm a appropriate instillation date.
Do you charge for quotes or surveys?
No we offer free quotes and site surveys to all our customers in and around Devon and Cornwall with a TQ, EX & PL postcode.
If you are further away then a fee may occur.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept card or cash payments, card payments preferred on larger amounts.
I have filled in a online form, how long do you take to reply?
We try to reply back as soon as we can. If we are extremely busy this may take a little longer.
Can I contact you on WhatsApp ?
Yes you can, we like this method as you can send us pictures and information while we are out of the office.
